Delete your Brain Break Kids account
Brain Break Kids is developed and published by VOLASIM Limited. You can request deletion even if the App is no longer installed. Company website: www.volasim.com.
Delete inside the App
Sign in as the parent, open the menu, choose Privacy and account, then choose Delete account and all data. For security, you may need to sign in again.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address used for the parent account. Do not include a child’s full name.
Request account deletionWhat is deleted
The parent login, child profiles, nicknames, settings, answers, scores, progress, achievements, device bindings, push tokens, and stored files associated with the account.
Timing and limited retention
We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited security or request records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or to document fulfillment.
